At The Caesar Co., we stand behind the quality of every wash. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's everything you need to know about our refund policy.

75% Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied with your service, you may request a 75% refund within 3 hours of the completion of your car wash. No refunds will be issued after this window has passed.

Approved refunds will be issued at 75% of the total amount paid for the service. The remaining 25% covers the cost of labor, products, and travel to your location.

Refund requests submitted more than 3 hours after service completion will not be approved. No exceptions will be made outside of this window. We encourage you to inspect your vehicle promptly after service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using one of the methods below within the 3-hour window:

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
