The Caesar Co. provides mobile car washing and detailing services in Allen, TX and surrounding areas. All services are performed on-site at the location provided by the customer at the time of booking.
You must be at least 18 years of age to book a service with The Caesar Co. By booking, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have explicit permission from the vehicle owner to authorize the service.
Customers are not required to be present during the wash. Whether you choose to stay or step away is entirely up to you. However, you must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, suitable location before your scheduled appointment time.
Important: The Caesar Co. is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, or worn surfaces. By booking a service, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for damage that existed prior to the service.
We take great care with every vehicle. If you believe damage occurred during your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered.
Our services are currently available in Allen, TX and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card payments securely via Stripe. Prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the service begins. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. We ask that cancellations be made with reasonable notice out of respect for our team's schedule.
The Caesar Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
